Volume 3 is a commentary on the philosophical, hadith based, historical, and social aspects of governorship in general, and particularly that of the imamate of Ali Abi Talib and the Immaculate Imams. It includes teachings based on the wisdom of the Quran and reasoning based thereon, and hadiths both common and particular, in addition to definitive and critical discussions concerning governorship.
