The present work is largely based on a 2019 course on followership in London. It also includes the topic of reliability, which was discussed in the same year in Ottawa. The first chapter covers the significance of the concept of followership. The next eight chapters study several major characteristics of true followers, i.e. piety, sincerity, loyalty, reliability, truthfulness, rationality, farsightedness and fairness. The tenth and final chapter explores the need for being a good representative and a responsible volunteer.
