'Lord, raise me from my grave, wrapped in my shroud, my sword unsheathed, my spear bared, answering the call of the caller in the cities as well as the deserts.'

No.73 Journey to the Light is a journey of discovery on two timelines, set in two different era's, following two orphaned boys on a quest culminating in Karbala on the Day of Ashura in 61AH, and the advent of the Rising One (a) in the modern day.

Set a decade before the events of Karbala in 51AH (670 CE), a tale of the first followers of Imam Ali (a), follow Abbas, an orphaned teenager as he embarks on a journey to pledge allegiance to Imam Hussein (a) that ultimately takes him to Karbala.

Set in the modern day, over a decade before the advent of the Awaited Hope (a), follow Ali, an orphaned child, as he embarks on a journey from the darkness into the light to discover the truth and find the Remnant of Allah (a).

In a tale of two era's, Abbas and Ali go on a journey to find universal and unconditional love, from the darkness into the light to find the Imam of their Time (a), and the Remnant of Allah (a).

A story of hope and sacrifice. A journey to the light of Allah and the progeny of the Prophet Muhammad (s), that highlights early oppressed followers of Imam Ali (a), that did not make the history books.

No.73 Journey to the Light is dedicated to the progeny of Muhammad (s), the first followers of Imam Ali (a) and the oppressed followers of Imam Ali (a) from every era.
